Dalily Terms of Service

Effective 17 September 2026 Dalily is a professional digital-identity and relationship-capture service operated by Techleara Software Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only content and contact information you are authorized to publish or process. You are responsible for selecting which profile fields are public. Public information may be viewed, copied and shared by others. You must not misuse Dalily for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited marketing, scraping, malware, credential theft or infringement of another person's rights. Organization administrators may manage organization profiles, corporate fields, branding, membership and captured relationships according to their permissions. Organizations are responsible for giving members and visitors any additional notices required for their use. Dalily may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or address a material breach. You may request account closure and deletion subject to the Privacy Notice, legal holds and records required to establish or defend legal claims. The service may change as it develops. Availability is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. To the extent permitted by UAE law, Techleara Software Solutions LLC is not responsible for content supplied by users, actions taken after public information is copied, or indirect losses arising from use or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
