Dalily Privacy Notice

Effective 17 September 2026 1. Who controls your data Dalily is operated by Techleara Software Solutions LLC. Questions and requests concerning personal data may be sent to [email protected]. 2. Data we process We process account identity and authentication data; profile, organization and branding content; contact details a visitor chooses to share; service notifications; profile and link interactions; and security, audit and support records. Published profile fields are intentionally available to anyone with the public URL. Dalily does not store raw IP addresses in engagement analytics. Short-lived network data may be used for security and abuse prevention. 3. Purposes and lawful grounds We process data to provide accounts, profiles, organizations, sharing links, relationship capture, security, support and legally required records. Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to perform the service agreement, based on explicit consent, required by law, or necessary for legitimate security and service-operation interests that do not override individual rights. Contact-exchange consent is limited to the requested introduction and does not authorize unrelated marketing. 4. Sharing and transfers We disclose data only to authorized workspace members and service providers needed to operate Dalily, such as hosting, infrastructure and transactional-email providers including Resend. We do not sell personal data. Where processing occurs outside the UAE, Techleara Software Solutions LLC will use a transfer mechanism and safeguards permitted by applicable UAE law. Public profile information may be copied by visitors outside Dalily's control. 5. Retention Active account, profile and organization data is kept while the service is active. Relationship records are reviewed and deleted or anonymized 24 months after the last recorded activity unless the owner chooses a shorter period or retention is required for a legal claim. Identifiable interaction analytics is retained for 13 months; anonymous aggregate statistics may be retained longer. Sent or cancelled notifications are retained for 90 days. Expired account actions and invitations are retained for 30 days. Security and audit records are retained for 24 months unless a legal hold requires longer retention. Following a verified account or workspace deletion request, eligible live data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Backup copies expire within 35 days after deletion once production backups are enabled. Data required by law, for fraud prevention, or for establishing or defending legal claims is isolated and kept only for the required period. 6. Your rights Subject to applicable UAE law, you may request access, correction, transfer where applicable, restriction or cessation of processing, withdrawal of consent, and deletion. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify identity and may preserve narrowly required records where law or legal claims require it. Requests may be sent to [email protected]. 7. Security and changes Dalily uses access controls, tenant separation, encrypted transport, audit records and bounded abuse controls. No service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be dated and communicated through the service where appropriate.
